Products arrive via INMES transfer conveyors (available in lengths exceeding 80m). High-speed servo-driven pushers and turners orient the products according to the pre-defined pallet pattern.
Using custom-designed end-of-arm tooling (EOAT)—including vacuum, mechanical clamp, or fork-style grippers—the robot picks products (trays, cases, or bundles) with surgical precision.
To ensure a fully autonomous process, our systems include automatic pallet dispensers and interlayer (separator) sheet applicators, eliminating the need for manual intervention.
