The INMES End Load Cartoner is a high-efficiency automated solution designed to pack products into cartons by sliding them through the side (end) of the sleeve. Engineered for high-volume production, this system combines mechanical synchronization with advanced servo technology to deliver consistent, high-speed cartoning for a wide range of industries, including food, beverage, and consumer goods.

The machine operates in a continuous or intermittent motion, depending on the application requirements:
Flat carton blanks are extracted from the magazine and "pre-broken" using a rotary or reciprocating feeder to ensure easy opening.
Products arrive from the primary packaging line (e.g., a flow-wrapper or filling machine) and are precisely timed to meet the open carton.
A servo-driven pusher gently slides the product group into the open end of the carton.
The flaps are folded and secured using either hot-melt glue for a tamper-evident seal or tuck-in closures for easy opening.
Ensures reliable carton opening even at the highest production speeds.
Utilizes smooth, continuous motion to push products into cartons, reducing mechanical wear and product impact.
Features digital indicators and "tool-less" adjustment points, allowing operators to switch between different carton sizes in minutes.
Built to meet strict hygienic standards, making it ideal for the food and pharmaceutical sectors.
