The INMES Robotic Topload Case Packer is designed for maximum flexibility and gentle product handling. It is the ideal solution for products that require precise orientation or are too fragile for mechanical pushing, such as pouches, flow-packs, or irregularly shaped items.
Using high-speed Delta or 6-Axis robots, the system picks products from the infeed conveyor and “toploads” them into pre-formed cases or trays. This “Pick & Place” method allows for complex packing patterns and multiple layers.

Ideal for delicate primary packaging.
Can be equipped with cameras to identify, orient, and quality-check products on the fly.
Easily handles different SKUs by simply changing the robotic end-of-arm tool (gripper).
Works perfectly with the INMES Robotic Case Erector.
The INMES Sideload Case Packer is a high-speed, robust solution typically used for rigid products like cartons, boxes, or cans. This system stacks and pushes the product group horizontally into a side-opened case, making it one of the fastest packing methods available.
Products are accumulated and stacked into the required matrix. Once the group is formed, a servo-driven pusher slides the entire load into the side of the case. The side flaps are then folded and sealed with tape or hot-melt glue.
Designed for high-volume production lines where cycle time is critical.
Typically features a linear footprint, saving valuable space on the factory floor.
Excellent for dense, heavy loads that require a tight fit within the case.
Fewer moving parts compared to complex robotic pickers, ensuring high reliability and easy maintenance.
